Who Are You What Do You Want: Four Questions That Will Change Your Life ReviewI first read this book awhile ago, and found it provided me with a very concrete process through which I could step back from my life and reevaluate all of the priorities that had gotten lost in the daily grind. It is so important to take that opportunity and challenge yourself to reflect on the four steps outlined in the book, ie. :who are you and what do you want" and "where are you and why are you here", etc.
Most importantly, though, is the experience that I had from rereading the book during my convalescence from a significant spinal surgery. The book was vitally important to reassess where I am now in my life. This book can be read and reread many times, I am sure, and each time would provide an amazing opportunity for personal growth and reflection.
I strongly recommend it!!!!!!
