It teaches you to become "self aware" of your own feelings and thoughts and how that impacts your relationships and even how it impacts your career and life. It has taught me to be conscious of how I am feeling when I communicate with my friends, family and work associates and gives me a road map and formula to improving and gaining more prosperous relationships. When I first read it; I thought, "Exactly, I get it now". It is like a light came on and gave me a moment of clarity. I can tell you this is exactly what I needed at this time in my life. I have not only noticed all my relationships are so much better. Also, and more importantly, my relationship with me and with my self esteem and confidence is even better still. Thank you for Dr. McCraw for pointing out the obvious in an easy to understand that makes me feel good. I now keep the book with me and refer to it often. It is basically my "School Book for Life".
