Organizational Design: A Step-by-Step Approach ReviewI purchased this book for my MBA level Management Class. It provides a solid foundation for Organizational Design approaches, with very helpful diagnostic practices at the end which help to solidify the topic of the chapter. The diagnositics really make the lesson clear and help you apply the material to your own experiences in the work place. Not the most exciting book in the world, but also not a typical textbook of dry prose. At times the writing does seem redudant, often repeating the main point of a statement several times but with different wording. I can only imagine this is to facilitate memory storage because it starts to become tedious to the reader. Overall a good book if you have to read it for a class.Organizational Design: A Step-by-Step Approach Overview
